Are there any intakes that will fit under a strut tower brace? I just grabbed and accufab tb/plenum on ebay and want to compliment it with an intake. However, I have a mm strut tower brace that I'd rather not remove. I was wondering if there was a decent intake that would fit under it. Anyone know?

my k&n fipk intake barly rubs against my strut tower with my bbk tb and plenum

most strut tower braces are made to fit aftermarket intakes

i think tunable induction also makes one that fits now thought they didnt before

I'm in the middle of learning all these things the hard way! I just purchased a new MM 3 point for my 04! When I placed it... i discovered the aftermarket tube will not allow clearance! I have a Roush CAI

You are right Fryguy... most strut tower braces will clear aftermarket intakes... however the manufacturers definition is rather vague! This really only means it will clear the upper intake and plenum... not the intake "tube"!

The only set up ive seen work thus far is BBK's CAI and strut tower brace!

My next try will be Steedas Brace and their CAI... hopefully Im not fooling myself!

ye most strut tower braces will fit over after market CAI, theres only a few u need to worry about
