Default windshield wipers

For a while they only worked on both low or high, they did not work on intermittent(sp?) if i put them on intermittent they would usually stop in the middle of the windshield. Now they dont work at all. any ideas?? anyone know where the fuse is located?

30 second answer: It's fuse #26. It's located in the second row down from the big gap and the third column from the side with the notch.
