Think about it this way, have you ever talked to a kenne bell owner who had anything bad to say about their SC? or better yet, have you ever heard a KB guy say "I wish I had gotten the vortech!" --no offense

I'd pass on the twin screw if I were you.. They are too expensive for the performance you will get..

You can get just as much performance w/ a Procharger or Vortech.. You don't have the cool whine while WOT but you do have the sweet whistle at idle..

The whistle is annoying...but I'm still gonna go with a centrifugal blower over a twin screw or roots style blower. I like the general idea of how they work. Pulling at the higher RPMs, thats where my car needs work, the upper end.

The whistle is annoying...
**Cough**Cough** I really like that sound.. Pulling up next to some ricer and him hearing the.......whistle........ will be soooo cool.. They will know if they even give the slightest rev they are going down!

No man, there is a 2.4 kb out now. But for the money I wouldn't buy a kenne bell. They're just too much money for the performance you get. And if you get the 1.7, you basically will hit a wall once you get to 11psi. And 2.2 is way too much money, 10k plus on a 2v gt. I would go with a procharger or vortech imo. Or just get some spray for a fraction of the cost.

For a GT, KB has the new big bore blowers out now. The new 2.1 replaces the 1.7 and the 2.6 replaces the 2.2 . You can still get the 1.7 and 2.2 for a little while until stock runs out.

For your Cobra, they only have a 2.1 .

The new 2.1 is good for 14psi and the 2.6 is good for 20psi.

I'm not aware of a KB 2.4 for a Mustang.
