check engine codes

Need helpI got a 96 mustang gt with 97 gt motor it is coding p 1151 and po151 can any one help

Po151 means.... Upstream heated 02 sensor circuit low voltage (Bank 2)

I dont know what the other one means. I cant find it in my repair manual. Do you have longtube headers or an offroad mid-pipe?

It says possible causes.

contaminated ho2s
(water,fuel) or
crossed ho2s signal/signal return wiring.
