Default BBK Headers Won't Seal

Can't seem to get the headers to seal, have tried 3 times, took the pony to an exhaust shop thinking I had a leak at the collectors, they sais it's the headers. I'm ready to give up and put the stock manifolds back on. Any sugestions, one shop told me to try double gasket the darn things. BBK Shorties, they say they are fine since I sent them back once, out of ideas.

i have long tubes but the header on the driver side is leaking. Is there a way I can seal them up so they dont leak without taking everything apart?

I can get get to 4 of the bolts but 2 I dont think I can reach. Is there some type of flexable snake of something to get to the bolts to loosen the header and slide a gasket in?

However this wont solve the original posters problem because his is leaking by the collector.
