probly not, but 2.50X8 isn't but 20bux

and i had some pinging and the ngks along with some new plugwires took it right out, higher octane gas wouldn't even help my pinging under WOT

I use Autolite Double Platinum and there great. I dont think im going w/ Iriduim unless im spraying or blown

Dude go get some STOCK Motorcraft sparkplugs from autozone. They are only 3.99 a plug plus I think they also carrier the performance motorcraft plugs too. Bosch plugs are not made for use in the 4.6 even if they are the +4's those are for use in a european car. I beleive NGK's are for japanese vehicles too and I wouldnt recommend going that route.

Just reading you guys' posts.

I was considering getting some Platinum +4's (called super 4's here)...but thank God I haven't.

From what you lot are saying and from other places I've looked, the mustang doesn't like them at all.

I'm considering stick some NGK TR55s in instead.

Are they any good?

unless you got forced induction, you should be using factory OEM plugs. I've always done this and never had a tuneup create a miss
