Default Fuel Rails, Fuel Filter and Pump

Alright peeps, it's time for me to upgrade the fuel system. I'd prefer people with current and past experiences opinions and recommendations.

I'm upgrading the fuel pump, looking into a high flow not, just just an OEM replacement(unless that's good enough) and high flow fuel rails.

High Flow Fuel Pump - I'm going with the SVT Ford Focus 3S4Z-9H307-BC
High Flow Fuel Rails? Aeromotive, CPR, Steeda, Vortech?
High Flow Fuel Filter?

Okay, try decaf buddy.

Take slow, deep breaths counting to ten slowly. Feel yourself relax...

Some have problems with RPM, some don't. Either way, I was only offering the option of the Motoblue, not the website. Of course, RPM may own Motoblue, I don't know.

I just saw where THR announced a sale on Aeromotive systems. It was dated last month, but maybe you can still get the prices.

Surely your not running a stock fuel pump right now???? I thought you were making somewhere around 440~ WHP??? If thats the case I would definatly be asking my dyno shop some questions about the accuracy of their dyno, cause a stocker won't handle any where near that power level.

I don't think there is much out there so far as a "high flow" fuel filter. Unless you are going to replace the lines a good brand of stock filter should be fine. I am running a WIX I believe. Its a good idea of course to put a new one on there if you haven't since the blower install, and of course right after the fuel pump install.

Your stock fuel rails should be good for alot of horsepower. I am not 100 percent sure but I would say they are capable of at least 500 WHP before becoming a restriction, if not more. I have seen some people with pretty wicked rides running the stock fuel rails.

I'm running 360 RWHP right now, but am going to 10psi with 3-core intercooler and decided I would upgrade the fuel pump for sure and maybe the rails. I'll replace the fuel filter as well. This won't be until this winter, for my little project. But for now I'm just trying to get all my ducks in a row and see what info I can get.
