Ford High performance clutch?
I bought my 03 GT from the original owner. He ordered it and said that when he ordered it he got the ford high performance clutch; does anyone know what clutch he's talking about, and if so is it any good? Second question, my MGW shifter should be in next week, how does the plastic trim aound the shifter come off? I don't want to brake the trim by rushing and just pulling it off.

He could have had it done at a dealership (they can buy parts thru FRPP) but I highly doubt anyone would order a car and have the dealership pull the trans to swap in a better clutch before they even get the car.

I asked him if it had a more specific name wrather than just, "High Performance Clutch," but he said thats all they called and that it requires a little more effort to press in.
