It all depends on how long you want em to last. The nitto d/rs will last around 10K miles in my experence, but they are loosing traction fast at that point.

The BFGs are supposed to last around 5K or so, and the MTs are supposed to last even less.

I love my nittos, even at 415~ WHP they still hook decent for a tire you can drive in the rain.

+1 for the Nitto 555Rs, I love mine so far and they can hold a lot of power pretty well.

Just curious, how does the Nitto's wet traction compare to, say, the stock tires? I'm asking because I live in an area where it rains maybe 1 day out of 3....[:'(]

Personal experiance with the Nitto DR is OK, even with adjustable LCA but it does depend on how much RWHP your making. They do seem fine in the rain with normal driving. I have to step up to 315's and 10 1/2" wheels and I plan on using the BFG's. They are mounted on 17 x 9 Bullitt wheels and are like new so if your interested and not in a big hurry, keep my name and I can give you a great deal on these when I get my new ones, good luck.
