Default Rotor Rust

My 03' GT has a lot of rust on the rotors. Is there something I can scrub on them to take the rust off?

Leave it alone. Theres no point in trying to remove it. As long as it`s not on the area where the brake pad is, just leave it, they are fine.

No, no, no. It's not for performance, it's for looks. You can easily see the rust through the spokes.

if you want to avoid that prob just get zinc plated or some other short of coated rotor.

I plan on getting those when I replace them, but for now, does anyone know of something I can do to get off the rust?

Um, definitely not going to work. The rust has been on there a long time. I was thinking maybe i could scrub it with scotch brite or something... or find something that makes rust wipe off easier...
