Default Saying goodbye to my gt...

Well, the time has come.. I am in the process (should be done by thursday) that my 04' GT will be gone... But, the decision was worth it. I have a 2003 Redfire Cobra coming in it's place on Thursday. It's got about the same milage, short throw, exhaust, clutch (not sure what type) and has been pullied. Lil worried about the fact that it's been pullied, but the car MOVES. Dealer didn't know it was pullied until the day I got there to look at it... Here are some pictures of it...

haha, I drove it around for about a 30 min test drive with the guy... got in my gt and almost put my foot through the floorboard when I hit the clutch, haha.. I wanted to cry because my car felt so damn slow... What should a 2.8 pulley with catbacks put down to the wheel in these things?? It has a pro 5.0 and im changing it in a week, to bad i have to order a new MGW, but i'd rather spend the 200 extra bucks and have the 6spd

Edit: But I will NEVER forget that GT, it was awesome and beautiful. And whoever buys it, is going to be a damn happy person!

Located in Sarasota eh? I've driven past that company thousands of times. Out of curiousity you weren't too happy with the results from Modular Madness, or just weren't interested in building up your 2v? Regardless it looks like a nice car, very clean. Good luck with it man. Concidering the fact we're both in the same area and I haven't seen but 2 Cobras around here. I'll probably see you cruising around.

I was ok with Don at Mod Madness, at first i was a lil worried but talked with a few other people and that settled my nerves (first time i'd dealt with don) he's a helluva nice guy.. but i looked at it this way, I only lost 1k on my Car. 2k in car payments, 2k in mods, and they gave me 1k over what i owed + 2+k in tax savings, so it wasn't a big deal. I am paying about 9k more then what i owed on my gt. and to get it on the cobra level I wouldnt feel comfortable unless I had forged internals, s/c, axle work, and a new tranny (I know the 3650 would hold up for "a while"). By the time i got it to where i wanted it would've cost me more to keep the 2v. I am going to get it dyno'ed once it cools down, and guessing ill see over 400rwhp (saying i dont add anything more) - I saw a stock terminator dyno at 375rwhp [8D]. So catbacks and pulley it should be up there i would think... Besides i know this motor is bulletproof, and that 6th gear is always nice.. and who could forget the fact, about what the rear bumper and the badge under the hood says "COBRA" and "SVT" and it's not a badge i bought from autozone...

Edit: and yes will be my DD... until, i make some more money atleast, lol.. Code wanna give me a free car?
