Supercharged 4.6 ????'s
I just got a 2001 Mustang GT with a Vortech V2 supercharger. It has Hooker Comp long tubes, O/R x-pipe, Magnaflow catback. It runs a little rough at idle and doesn't like hot starts to much. It's kind of hit or miss on how quickly or well it starts. Could this be a plug problem? Time for new plugs? And if yes I guess how hard are they to change? I haven't looked really hard yet but I imagine they're buried pretty well. Any thoughts on other causes? It just kinda runs rough at low RPM's but after like 1100 it runs fine and SCREAMS!
Also are injectors with the neon green tops 42 lb/hr injectors?
Where can I find a 10 lb pulley for the Vortech? Would it need to be completely re-tuned or would the computer automatically adjust things?
Can I run a open atmosphere BOV or would that screw it up with the MAF? Ricer? I know.
So what does everyone think?

Where on the MAF can I tell what it is? Is there something that will be engraved or stamped on it? So do you think it's in fact the plugs causing those problems?
No it's not aftercooled or intercooled.
So 10 psi pulley definately needs re-tuning?

You will need a retune and 10psi on a stock bottom end is dangerous. With the 42#'s, a Lightning MAF will work well.

+1 on the lightning maf, thats what I am running.
On the hard to start problem, my car does not like to start without pressing the throttle in if it is fairly hot, but starts right away if you give it some gas while turning it over.
On the idle thing, whats your idle RPM set at? If its around 1000 RPM and you have stock cams sounds like you may need a retune anyway. I had a ****ty tune back when the car was N/A with the cams and it did not like to idle (hunted) but when Ihave the idle around 950 RPM it idles fine now.
