Default shock and strut recommendation???

Im going to order my H & R super sport springs soon and was wondering if putting lowering springs on a car makes a difference when buying shocks and struts, meaning are they different then what I would use with stock springs? I dont want to go broke and I dont really need the absolute best but I want good quality stuff. What are you guys shock strut recommendations? Im getting cc plates too.

Wait a lil more then a half hour before responding. Most of the members are at work or school.

Anyway, yes getting a good set of aftermarket shocks and struts would be a good idea. Adjustable would be best, but a non adjustable shock will fine. If you are really squeezed on cash, go to an auto parts store and order shocks and struts for 87-93 mustang gt and pick out a brand. If you have the extra cash, get some adjustables. Tokico and KYB both make some good shocks but there are others. I have tokico blue non adjustables with my prokit and the ride is nice. If you are purchasing CC plates get some quality stuff, Steeda and Maximum Motorsports are both very good products.
