quad shock removal
Ok whats all this craziness i hear about removing the quad shocks when you put in tubular lower control arms (such as i did). They say the secondary shocks are not needed and are just extra weight when you get the new control arms. Does anyone know about this and can shed some light on the subject before i go out and do it. . . . .

Go ahead and take them off. They are only there to stop wheel hop. With the new stiffer bushings in the aftermarket control arms the wheel hop will be decreased enough to no longer need the quad shocks.

RE: quad shock removal
Quad shocks are there to prevent wheels hop and axle wrap. The new stiffer control arms that are on there basically do that by being a helluva lot stronger and rigid then the stock **** for brains LCAs and UCAs.
