Default definition of full exhaust...

If i got some LT's, and some sort of an o/r x or h pipe, would i have a full exhaust set up? I already have SLP cat-back.

how much power could one of us with limited mods really expect out of a full exhaust?

In MOST states you are correct, LTs will not pass emissions, you would have to check your states laws as I am unsure and cannot speak for every state.

Lets just say if you were completely stock and threw a full exhaust on there, you can expect around 20 RWHP, and add 5 with a tune.
