definition of full exhaust...
If i got some LT's, and some sort of an o/r x or h pipe, would i have a full exhaust set up? I already have SLP cat-back.

well u would hafta make sure u pick up some aftermarket muffler bearings to ensure it is a full exhaust......

how much power could one of us with limited mods really expect out of a full exhaust?
and correct me if im wrong but LT's wont pass emissions, right?

In MOST states you are correct, LTs will not pass emissions, you would have to check your states laws as I am unsure and cannot speak for every state.
Lets just say if you were completely stock and threw a full exhaust on there, you can expect around 20 RWHP, and add 5 with a tune.
