Default 17x9 and 18x10

Need some help here guys. I need help picking out tires for my new wheels. Im goin for the staggered look i guess you call it. I need a good set of matching trires for the wheels. I dont really want to run a drag radial out back. This is my DD. I would like to limit it to around 850 for all 4 tires. think you guys could help me out here.

For the look. A deep dish rim always looks smaller so i offset that by goin with the next size up.

I was in a similar situation. I was Planning on the staggard look using Motegi Touge and came across great trouble with the availability of the right size. 17x9 looks great with a 255/35/17. could go a little meatier with a 285 but it gets expesive. That 18x9 has the potential of pushing you over your budget limits. I stuck with 17x9 all around and am really happy. Another thing you need to consider is the offset of the wheels you choose. Mustangs typically need a +25mm or better up front. any less than that and you have what look like out-riggers up there. Think about the 17x9 all around. It will be cheaper to replace 17 inch rear tires than 18's and we all know you will be doing that on a fairly regular basis ...Right?
