Will I be able to use Granatelli Motorsport Mass Airflow Sensor + Cold air Induction? If so is there any negative event that may happen. Or can I just plug them in and not worry about having to add different injectors or if the check engine light will come on?

Not likely. Aftermarket mass air meters usually don't use screens - and the bends in the cai's that put them in the fenders create turbulant air and will cause mass air meter problems. Injectors arent the problem, the problem is the mass air meter needs straight flowing air to read properly.

Does using a Plastic vs Metal cold air induction piping really matter? Will using just a Cold air system effect the car in anyway. Oh by the way how much of difference did those Nittos do for you?

Nitto's = bigger difference than you can imagine. I hear the BFG's are a little stickier than Nitto's (unless you do a smokey burn-out and their about the same) - but the Nitto's last twice as long. Plastic does matter. As a general rule, for every 10* in temperature drop you pickup 1% more hp. I can see about an 8-10* increase in temperature from the metal heating up considerably more than the plastic, so the way I see it thats about 1% more hp (2-3 hp on a typical GT).

Keep in mind this is using my reasoning, I don't have any #'s to back this up. I feel confident about this though.

Haha no I had no idea! I got my Nitto's online, cost me $318ish and that included new valve stem seals and shipped to my door - and I got stock size 245's.

Im def getting 275's next time, I was stupid to get 245's

Almost any metal will conduct and store heat better than plastic. Heat is your tradeoff for a better looking intake.

hey thats pritty good. i have a sams club down the streeet. but i was headed in the nittos direction. so 275s will fit ? i was wondering if they fit on the stock rim. i dont have the aniversary rims like MD has i just have the solid aluminum 5 stars that i thik came on the 02s or something. i liked those better than the ones MD has. just my preference. lol but are they the same size as yours MD. i just dont wanna buy 275s and they wont fit. i think they are 9in wide. oh and if i keep my stock 245 45s on the front while the car look lower in the back cause they only come in 40s?

275's will fit on our rims, and the car will still be the same height, while 40's are the height of the tire, its actually a ratio to the width of the tire, so the 275/40's are probably (but not 100% sure) the same size height as the 245/45's - if anything the 275's might be a hair taller

Better ask someone else to be sure
