tire spin
i really want to get 4.10 gears but i cant help but worry about how easily and often i am gonna spin my tires through 2nd gear. do you become able to jump without spinning your tires. i am 18 and going to college so needless to say i am strapped for cash and cant afford to be replacing tires every month. i have an 01 mustang GT on stock tires and an eibach sportline kit... i appreciate any help i can get thanks

I put 3.73s on my car as my almost first mod (came with a K&N and flowmasters) and the car wouldn't spin in 2nd, other than the scratch. This was on bald bfg regular radials. (geforce I think)

if you WANT you get get 4.10's sideways through 2nd and chirping 3rd hard..
all i have is o/r H, catback, 4.10's and had some balding winter tires...3rd wasnt to hard to get a solid chirp out of at all
but if youre worried about it, just dont drive like a psycho and you'll be absolutely fine

sounds great cant wait to get my 4.10 in with NOS i will be all over the place in 4th
