a 99-04 5 speed 13.9-14?? Thats very rare if at all possible. They are more like 14.2-14.5

here in my city (monterrey, Mexico) Stock times for 99-04 stangs are 15.5-16

nope 99-04 GT´s the times are from 15.4 to 16

99 gt's and up should be running no slower than a 15 in the 1/4. Of course, it depends on elevation, humidity, and launch. Stock they should be putting out constant 14.5's/14.6's

When I was stock (only had a CAI and Tri-ax) I ran a 14.670 @97.23 mph with a very crapy 60' time 2.468. Nothing I tried worked that day and I couldn't get traction to save my life. I don't know if someone leaked something onto the starting line, but I couldn't hook at all. Also, being in South FL, the humidity sucks, and probably hurt my times as well.

First off the only way to find out what your car runs in the 1/4 mile, is for you to run the 1/4 mile.

On average in good conditions, a 99-04 GT manual will put down a 13.9-14.5, auto will do 14.2-14.8 (both hardtops) (for converts, add .2)

Non pi stangs 96-98 GT runs about a 14.8-15.2, and i wont even embarass an auto .. I beat and many other 05+ V6 Stangs, have beaten the non pi stangs with as little as intake and a tune. Welcome to the Mustang family though

What's the elevation in Monterray?? The elevation can be getting those times that crappy.. I know it's not the humidity, haha...

prob cuz its extremely hot in mexico...

in VA Stock PI Stangs run from 14.0+ depending on if they know how to drive or not.
