Depends, how much money you got?
Get an aftermarket shifter if you've got less than $300... Steeda or MGW. I have the Steeda.
If you have in the neighborhood of $600 and don't mind permanently worse gas mileage, get some gears.
Fininshing the exhaust would be good too, the install on the headers will be the worst part (cost-wise, or time-wise).
