no i didnt replace my shocks?? other than the springs everything is stock

Thats why your ride quality has changed....your stock shocks/struts are not designed to work with lowering springs. So you can go with the fox body parts because they are shorter or some aftermarket adjustable units. I currently run Tokico blues and the ride quality is nice but my next set will be fully adjustable so i can make them soft on the track and firm them up for spirited back road cruising.

My brother did something very similar. He installed C's on his '97GT and within two weeks his struts were bleeding oil like crazy. He put tokico blues on and the ride was VERY nice. I just bought a set of blue's on ebay for $252 shipped.
