Last night i was driving normally, i went to shift to third gear and was not able to. I thought i missed the gear, but it would not let me into any gear. so i put the car in neutral and took my foot of the clutch, but the clutch didnt come off the floor. i pulled into a parking lot and pushed down on the clutch until it finally came back up. i got out and there was a small amount of smoke but it went away real quick. The clutch worked after that but grinded when shifting. does anybody have any clue what this could be. tranny, clutch. any opinions would be great...thanks

Sounds like your 2-3rd syncro is ****ed up. There is a TSB on it I believe.
