Default Is it worth it???????

Some guy is selling me parts from a totaled 2001 Cobra, some of these parts are; the tranny, super charger, Seats, headlights, rims/wideoval tires and other random accesories.

My question is, Is it possible for me to put some of these parts on my 2000 GT like the super charger or the transmission, and is it all worth it for 1k???

Thanks for the help guys.

The only cobra was the Cobra R in 2000...are you sure you dont mean 99 or 01?

as for the parts you'd be able to use, Im not sure how much of it is interchangeable. Especially since its a 4V DOHC and our GT's have an anemic 2V SOHC
good luck

The seats and rims will fit, im pretty sure the headlights will too.

Tranny should fit too. I cant remember what year they went to the 6 speed in the cobras, but if its a 6 speed you might have to do some minor mods to get it in there.

I have no idea about the supercharger.

What brand supercharger? It'll most likely require different piping & brackets. Could be worth it if you are willing to piece it together for the right price...

wouldn't it be a pain putting a 4v s/c on a 2v?

Depends on what kind of blower it is... if it's a centrifugal, he'll need a new mounting bracket and MAY need to modify his piping, but the stuff that came with the kit should work.

Positive displacement... he'll need a new intake manifold, but it will work also.
