Without sounding like a jerk, why don't you just get better aftermarket control arms?? You could probably get some for a little more than just the bushings..
Plus you're doing half the work, since you don't have to cut out the old bushings, and press in the new ones...

im talking about the upper control arms...iI guess its near the diff...anyways I pushed down on the rear of the car with my hands and it sqeaks with even a little load...so i sprayed some WD-40 on it and it went away temporarily, but it comes back in a few days, so im thinking about switching them with poly bushings.

Ebay...
Buy the ones w/ the Grease fittings (most aftermarket ones do), since it sounds like the bolt is tearing up the sleeve that goes through the bushings...
I bought a set for $150... And those were Granatelli's..
