I ran the DTC thing you can do with the guages http://mustangworld.com/ourpics/fcar/dtcodes.htm and got a DTC of 5284 which is oil pressure switch failure. Even when I start the car, the Code remains and it says my oil pressure is at 000, yet my guages say my pressure is fine. Is this normal?

 

Mine said that too. Its a fluke. My oil pressure switch was just fine we tested it. dont pay attention to it.
