after i installed my KN air intake about a day later my performance just dropped out of nowhere..my cars barely wants to move and the transmission is now jerky..somebody told me to clean the MAF.. can the MAF really be causing all of the problems i hardly doubt a little piece like that can be causing all of my problems what do you guys think

 

its a possibility. the MAF determines how much fuel should be injected based on the airflow, as well as many other things. sometimes the k&n filters are very heavily oiled and that oil can get on your MAF sensor and foul it up
