rough idle with A/C

rough idle with A/C
I just got my mustang back from the dealer after several repairs including a new IAC valve. Something they seemed to think was fixed by the IAC was a rough idle when the a/c was on.
yesterday I turned on the A/C and sure enough when I stopped in traffic and at lights the engine would idle at about 800 rpm as usual then drop to 500, begin to stall then rev to about 1200. anyone have any idea what might be wrong. I'm not looking to take it back to the shop for a long period of time as was the previous case and as long as the fix will total $75-$100 or less for me (including purchase or total of purchase- core value). Otherwise i have a warranty to cover it. I have the repair manual and have worked on several cars before (including the mustang). The only thing I can't do is stuff with the A/C or stuff that requires a very heavy part to be lifted out of the car (engine removal, remove gas tank, etc.)
So does anyone know whats wrong with it?
