My Permacool fan came with zip tie type fasteners. I just had to feed the zip tie through the fins of the radiator, and insert the part that held the zip tie. It took all of 2 minutes to do.

Its just zip ties...No screws or bolts or nuts?

They are similar to zip ties but the tie doesn't bind to itself. There is a separate plate that you use on the opposite side of the radiator that accepts the tie.
