RE: Tuned by Texas Hot Rods Today!!!
your s/c and bolt ons, that rwtq seems kinda low as does your hp. whats up with that? not being an *** just wondering?

Yeah I'm not sure either. I was making 248 rwhp with folt bolt ons, no s/c, no headers. I'm making 363.3 RWHP and 350 RWTQ at the wheels now with all bolt ons, headers now, and of course S/C with a dyno tune on a dynojet dyno. but if those numbers are right, that's pretty good. How about posting your sheets on here? I'd love to see the numbers on paper.
Also have no fear, my 360 will be HISTORY, lol. Can't wait. (2 weeks and counting to 450+) yeahaaaa

Don't want to steal someones else thread. But I wanted to stay at a safe tune and stayed there. We could have had it tuned closer to 400 but I choose not to.

thr(brian and lizzie) is a great company specializing in stangs. a great tune is the key to performance. when i get my latest mustang actually built, i will be taking it to them to have it tuned

RE: Tuned by Texas Hot Rods Today!!!
Since I bought the chip from them, tuning was pretty much free. Dyno time was $100 (3 runs A/F). He gave me a couple of more runs on the house. By the way my A/F ended up at 12.6 on the last run. Brian is an awesome guy. He really gets into his business (making power safely) and treats each vehicle like his own. I go by the shop all the time and his shop guys are cool as well. Y'all should see his twin turbo 2 valve. It's amazing! I'll post my dyno sheets tomorrow once I get to a scanner at the library.

I would love to see the sheet too. Those are sick numbers through an auto! If you back this up with a sheet, then dyno tuning is going to jump up on the priority list, no matter how far I got to drive. Unless I find another place, looks like I would go to MPH in Atlanta. Anyone got a tune there? Also bluepony4.6, how much did the dyno tuning cost you?

RE: Tuned by Texas Hot Rods Today!!!
You can only get a tune with a chip or flasher. I think if you buy a saleen s/c you can send your ecm to saleen and they will flash your ecm. The dyno time with air/fuel is essential for tuning your car. Without it you probably will get the canned tunes (super safe).

Would I be able to get a tune like that from a dyno even without a chip? Or do I have to have a chip to have him tweak it out? I'm sorta confused.
