Default Turn Signals not working

Not sure why my turn signals are not working and the owners manual is too vague!

I checked all the fuses and bulbs and they are fine.

Where is the next place I should look?
Are there any manuals on-line for 1999 Mustang convertibles?

This is my first posting to this forum...so please be patient with my skills.

Same happened to mine. I checked every fuse and still no lights. I turned on the hazards and viola the turn signals started to work. Must have had something with the electronic flasher.

Did you check your blinker fluid? make sure that is full. Sorry couldn't resist, but I am thinking if your mustang is a convertible it makes me wonder if perhaps the turn signal lever may have gotten wet I know its a shot in the dark but it is just a thought.

Thanks for the suggestions...I'll try the emergency flashers...and dry off the blinkers!

Let you know how it goes!

Same thing happened to me in my Thunderbird i pulled the switch out and replaced it with a nos one and they work perfictally, but i determinded mine was caused by the massive vibrations from my subs so i cant imagine how urs happened.
