Alright so ive got this buddy who just got his car back from the shop. He's got a 95 coupe with a build 5.0. Heads, cam, headers, etc. Says hes putting down 308 hp at the wheels and 390 trq. Thats really hard for me to believe but w/e. Anyways we have two tracks around here. Bandimere (in denver) and PMI (in pueblo). Same elevation but Bandimere is a pro circut track and is very well maintained while pueblo is a little private track that sucks @$$ and is never maintained. Alright alright anyways. My friend has drag radials too btw and his best time (remember at this altitude times are a second slower than at sea level) at bandimere is 14.4 hooking up through all the gears and shifting perfectly while my best time at PMI is 14.6 on bald 245 street tires spinning out through second and into third. He thinks his car is sooo much faster than mine becuase he can hook up and i cant. I know if i could hook up id cut 4/10ths off my time. Haha i have 275's Remingtons with plenty of traction now and he wont ever show up to race me and he'll never race me from a roll. Its great.

Whats so hard to believe about that power output, a 5.0 with a head cam intake swap make around 300 rwhp maybe a little less torque than 390 but its still up there
