New Here! Have a question about a Superchip
I want to know if any of you guys are familiar with this particular superchip? The guy wants $20 bucks for it. It supposedly adds up to 40HP, it's called Mustang F40 superchip. Will i get ripped off? Here's a pic...

Rip off, it modifys the throttle input signal to the computer, or the MAF meter signal to the computer to affect it's response. Basically it will probably dump more fuel at less throttle position to make "more" power.
Doesn't work, you will get a bog down low and up high the car will feel like it is flying. Not worth 20 bucks.
Had something like that on my Honda and with it on the car seemed slower until 3500 on the tach and then it felt the same.
Just left it off and my gas mileage got better too!
