Ok so I might like the way lowered stangs look but they made my lifehell today. So I work at a car wash and I was in the process of loading this vert new edge v6 intot eh car wash and I hear a massive smash noise. I knew it was lowered so I went extra slow to minimize the possible damage but it happened anyway. So we get the car out in the parking lot and dont see any visible damage and while I went to go get my manager to write up a damage report, this kid takes off in his mustang with a mangled undercarage. So 5 minutes later we get a call from his mom saying her sons car is driving like **** and that they are taking it to a extreme ford dealer to get it looked at. Turns out the oil pan got cracked and as he was driving it to the dealer, all the oil seeped out. His mom is trying to blame it on me for loading it wrong and getting in my face like I did it on purpose. Luckly my company I work for covers **** like this so it isnt my problem. I hate idiots who throw on cheap ebay lowering springs, and bitches who have too much time on their hands like that kids mom. just thought Id share the story of the day.

Lowered cars may look cool but they just aren't practical. When I had my Eclipse it was lowererd a bit too much. I couldn't even make it over speed bumps without smashing my undercarriege. Looking at my car right now makes me wonder if it will fair any better

Ya I ran my car through a few days ago because I get free washes and it will be the last time I do it. The hish pressure blasters took up some of the stick on letter inserts in the bumper, and the rags we use arent all that clean.

Mines lowered...I love it until I get to school or a parking lot with speed bumps. Around here, there like "speed triangles"! LOL. It looks wayyy cool though. And I ONLY do hand washes by moi. I'd never let a machine or a washman do it. No offense, just a personal thing.

BTW: Quick Shot, Your car looks awesome. I have the same wheels and color. I really like the ground effects. Looks awesome!

i hate lowered cars too...i work at discount tire and you can never get lowered cars onto the lifts...if you can they usually have a gay *** exhaust pipe on them that hangs way the f u c k down and you can lift them..or they have some redicilous plastic body kit that will break...or long tubes..theyre a major pain the rear..i feel ya, atleast your boss isnt super pissed.
