I don't lie about the year of my car and I have the worst year of the 4.6 out there 
. I'm not going to lie it is a little sucky when I tell someone I have a mustang and you can see them get all excited and they say "what kind!", and I say a 96gt and you can just see the excitment drop out of their eyes. It's a lot cooler then just a 96gt but it's hard to explain to some people why.

Well I like the surprised look on people's face when an sn95 gt just pulled on them. Not as much fun though when the cars not there and I have to explain it's not as sh***y as it seems.

96-98 werent ****ty years for mustangsa im so sick of hearing that..they r fast maybe not as fast as a lot of cars and maybe not as fast as newer gt's but still its a mustang gt and its cool to have imo.

Most of the time I don't know what year to tell anyone (computer from a 99, engine from an 02, body is an 03 V6). I love going to autozone and looking up parts and sensors (not).

ive never done it ive told people i wish it was a 94-95 because the 5.0 but its not so i dont say it is. i love saying i own a 96GT and like said above when people ask you if it has the 5.0 in it and you say no, they all get depressed [&o]....idiots!
and 97GT19 arnt fast, they can be called quick but not fast. You wouldn't call an '04 Maxima fast would you? They feel fast down low because of the TQ but up top slow slow slow
