04 Cobra hands down.. im not a huge fan of the new body style, with the exception of Saleens.

personally i would rather have the cobra, because i have always wanted one, its just a dream. the shelby is nice but not my style

i voted for the shelby. newer, better engine, solid rear axle, worth more, rarer.

same here with the 04....i was talkin to my friend and we both agreed 04 cobra so i wanted to c what every 1 else thinks

the 04 Cobra means more to me, the "New Edge" is the car of my generation and growing up, its what i always wanted. The new shelby is alright, but im not a fan of the new body style, looks like the car from my father's generation and plus, i already have a 69' stang. just my .02

Uhhh not even a contest the 03/04 cobra. puts down the same numbers at the track with 130 hp less than the gt500.

Anyone who votes for a 04 cobra is a retard. Although I drive an 03 GT, the new 'stangs are WAY better built cars. New edge mustangs are full of squeeks and rattles. If you have had the chance to see a new shelby and drive in one, you can't even compare the two cars.

Yeah wait a minute let me go find a random guy, and convince him to let me test drive the **** out of his beautiful car. I for one have and probally will never drive a Gt500 the 03/04 cobra is at least obtainable for thouse of us who dont have 50k to go drop. I hate to say it but might as well get a C6 there lighter and faster.
