Default Horsepower

Im looking to spend no more than $1000 on performance, what should i do to get the most horsepower for my money BESIDES nos. I already have a K&N filter, and Flowmaster exaust. Please list some ideas on what you think I should get, and how much horsepower each thing will give me

start with full exhaust, LT's FTW, a midpipe and a catback, that may run for about $1200

that makes no sense. he just said he has a 1000 dollars but u told him to buy stuff that cost over 1000 dollars alone without install which is gonna be up there int he 500 dollar range. i say you get gears and a tuner. or if you have any left over a midpipe also

Gears = no HP gains sorry, but it will make your car more feel stronger while helping performance.
Tuner will clean up your stock cpu program, as far as hp gains the juries still out.

well gears have been the better then any other "horsepower" mod ive ever done on this car. theres not a big horsepower gain you can get on these 2v's without a s/c or nitrous.
