Ok heres and idear. Do the pi swap. You will end up with 10:1 comp. Nowwwwwww instead of boost get yourself a 100 shot of spray. NOS loves compression. Ill bet you get the numbers your lookin for then.

nitrous does not love compression. also with nitrous you want lower compression. but nitrous would be the best bet. you would be close to your goal. on the downside you dont have that much hp all the time

10.5:1 compression isnt the most boost friendly. i mean you could have the heads ported and get maybe half a point or use a thicker head gasket, then run the risk of blowing the gasket out. Your decesion.

A good tune and you can run a high C/R with boost
