buy like a 97 and then change it to PI heads. BAM! you got the 99-03 power for much less money. And all the 99-03 boys will be dumbfounded, since they never remember you can do that.

They run about 14.8 at 93 mph. Why not get a PI car? Even they have limitations a to what you can do with the 2v motors. They are a big leap from the 96-'98 though. My convertible should run about a 14 flat at 102 MPH! Thanks, mark

or an RSX-S, better durability,handling,re-sale,comfort, oh, its faster too
j/k go with a 99+. Headswaps are a pain and you will still only be running low 14's unless you are a freakish driver. If you go 99+ you are that much closer to affording some form of forced induction and the ability to compete with other V8 sports cars out there
