I've looked for the schraeder valve (http://www.fnsweet.com/garage/gauge/gauge019.jpg) and I don't have one. Any ideas where I can install my Fuel Pressure Sending unit? Which line would I T ?

You will have to cut the fuel line (not the best choice) or buy an adapter to fit under the vaccum regulater on the right side (silver block on the fuel rail to the right of the plenum in the picture).

Just buy a Fuel Gauge Block that will go between the fuel pressure sensor and the fuel rail on the drivers side of the motor. This makes the install very easy as it will already have a 1/8" NPT tapped hole in the block to install your fuel pressure sender.

You can find a Fuel Gauge Block at most online retailers selling gauges or superchargers.

I don't know what you looking for exactly but I mounted my fuel pressure guage on the fuel rail like this
