CHRISTMAS PRESENT?
last night i brought up the idea of asking for a SLP loudmouth 2 catback. i wanted to know if it would sound good on my 97 gt or should should i wait until i can do all of it (longtubes, o/r H). i really just want to wake my car up a little so i get noticed more. would this do it? or would it make it not much louder than stock? so my setup would be stock manifolds stock h with 6 cats and the LM2 at least for a little while until i add the rest.

alright heres what you do:
take a saw zaw make a 2.5in cut on both sides right after the headers, she will be loud as *****.
But, if you want to have the motor run for longer than 3 months, get the LM cat back and see how it sounds, you can always get the o/r midpipe and headers later.

i was wanting to know how it would sound with just the catback. thanks for everyone who has videos of their car but you also have a midpipe or headers and i wanted to know if it sounded loud without all that stuff (just catback). the midpipe and headers will come later

idk if you watched my vid but i have STOCK manifolds STOCK h-pipe to SLP LoudMouth II catback 2.5in piping with 3.5in tips all stainless steel. hope that helps, the only other mod i have on my car is a k&n drop in filter with the air silencer removed.
