Default 4.10s or short throw

my car is pretty much stock, im 17 and im making about 300 a month after gas and insurance, should i go ahead and get a Tri-ax TR-3650 short throw shifter or wait like 5 weeks and get 4.10 gears, either way im going to get both, i just cant decide which order i should go in, any advice

I was pretty much in the same boat as you, I decided to go with the short shifter first because I could install it myself (easily) for cheaper than getting gears installed but WHEN you decide about the shifter definately MGW

gears are the biggest bang for your buck. do you want shorter gears or better performance?? either or you wont be disappointed. id say gears first. but then again you need a tuner to recaliberate your speedo. so theres another 350 or so. if i were in your shoes id save for the gears. good luck

id say go with the gears..but my problem is i need immediate satisfaction...so id probably go with the shifter myself. and like said above....get MGW...you wont be disappointed.
