I have a 2003 Mustang GT Silver and I wanted to get some Bullitt rims. I was wondering which would look best on silver because I have never seen a silver one with Bullitt rims

I would go with Black or Anthracite Bullits, but no matter which color you decide on definitely get the deep dish out back.
