Default suspension making noises

About a week ago i installed my tokico hp shocks and struts along with eibach pro kit springs and steeda sway bars. Everything went great and i was sure to take my time but maybe a few days after the install when i turn the wheel all the way to the left ill get a poping sound. Ive checked for signs of rubing from my wheel but nothing is showing up. I noticed during the install that the shaft of the front struts had a groove like a flat head screw would have in the top. Is this groove suppost to be angled a certian direction? I made sure to tighten the bolt while making sure that the shaft did not spin. Or instead of the sound coming from the strut could my problem be that i didnt seat the rubber sleaves on the springs all the way? Thanks for the input. hopefully i can post pics soon depending on the weather.

Far as I know the grove is just so the shaft can be held from rotating so the nut can be tightened.
