headers for sure and i cant think of anything else you might want to buy some gauages though i bought some white face gauges and the redline is like the machs almost 7k. I just think it might be wierd to shift in the redline on your tach...just my .02

I don't think he'd need a new tranny. The T-45 should fit. Also, your going to need to get some new fuel components, and remember that the mach 1 motor was intended for a car with a shaker hood. You'll either have to buy a shaker hood, or look into a different intake manifold.

u can use the stock manifold im sure. the shaker is just bolted on top, but has no connections that would interfier with the manifold, the air is routed to the front air box where the filter is.

correct me if i am mistaken.

pretty sure you are correct...aren't the intake manifolds underneath the shaker the same as the 99-01 Cobras?
