give me more detail, how to see if this is my problem, cause i have heard the noise when i pull the brake but i was still moving slightly so i assumed it was the suspension

I had a squeaking coming from the passenger side rear, and for the longest time I thought it was the suspension, but I couldn't fix it... Turned out it was the parking break cable running through an eyelet on its way back to the rear brakes that was squeaking.

My only suggestion is not to be hard on take-offs because that would just rip the bushings apart.
