With 27k on the engine, you shouldn't be needing to worry about flushing/cleaning the engine. I have 50k on mine and it's as clean as can be. Well, except for that snow storm...combined with a bumper mounted air scoop....[:'(]

So is there any benefit from flushing the engine using 1 quart of ATF in the oil or is it dangerous/waste of time? BTW my car just hit 27 k on the odometer.
