Re-read his original post. You can have ABS without traction control....I know you can't have traction control without ABS but he said it works both ways, which is NOT correct. If you dont have traction control you can still have ABS, please re-read both the original posts.

Correct, TC is pretty much just an add on to ABS in the computer department, it takes readings from the ABS. You can have ABS without TC.

Dont bother, whenever I hop into my stang (yes I do HOP into it 
) I turn it off immediately, like just about everyone else on this forum. Only thing I could ever think or it useful would be in front of a police stations starting off (to prevent burnouts).
