X PIPE QUESTION

Default X PIPE QUESTION

if i get long tube headers and i have a mac prochamber, would it be smart to weld the chamber to fit the longtubes?? or should i just get the mid pipe??

I was told by my mechanic that mid length wont work on o/r prochamber exhaust. And he refuses to put long tubes on with the trani issue. He wants me to get x-pipes to fit the mid lengths. But he may be full of crap for all i know. Just what i was told bud.

You would be better off selling the prochamber and buying one made for longtubes. It would be a huge pain to cut and weld to fit and cause unwanted backpressure because of the turns.
