I bought the car about 2-3 months ago in August from the previous owner. He had done all the mods on it. I havn't done much to the car yet (I'm 16, bought the car myself), but as soon as I get a job, and start raking in the money, maybe I'd add a chrome CAI, or a flash tuner. The current mods are just the BBK X-pipe and Flowmaster exhaust and the K&N filter.

StickShifty, The springs were another thing put on by the previous owner. I believe they are Eibachs, if I'm not mistaken. I took a look under the car at my autoshop and they were light blue. Not sure what brand but they are dropped 1.5 inches.

I'm 18, just turned 18 and bought an 01 GT. I had to sell my other car (Jeep) to pay for it and I got an amazing deal but its not impossible for a teenager to have a nice car. Some kids are given it and some have to work for it.

I'm 17 and helped pay for about half of mine last summer, the previous owner did all the work except the appearance ones I've done (stripes, chin spoiler, grille delete, reverse glow gauges). Looks good man. Does anyone have any tips for getting the bugs and road crap off my front bumper?? I've scrubbed n scrubbed and they wont come off.
