Manual transmition I believe usually dynos around 225rwhp completely stock. Auto will be slightly lower due to higher drivetrain loss.

Believe at the wheels they put down around 260-265RWTQ stock. Crank numbers are 260HP 305TQ. My car put down 240RWHP and 282RWTQ with just a 13lb flywheel and a flowmaster catback.

your prolly closer to 240 ish at the wheel - depends if your auto or stick ... I believe you - from my understanding the the magic 12's the stock ss's and ws6's are supposed run are pretty hard to find - or at least see in person ... if hes an auto and your a stick you have a chance everytime - but to be honest he does have a faster car - but its not like he has an enzo your not going to blown off the road. I would say however that a stock GT will get creamed by an ls1 - gears - LT's - all the little bolt ons will get you in the ball park ... toss in a full suspension with controls arms and then I belive you have the upperhand (on lower speed streets and the track .... on the highway however your most likly toast

What mods did he list that makes you think he would be at 240rwhp? The cars have 260 crank HP stock if they were putting down 240RWHP they would have the most efficient transmission ever. Average drvetrain loss through a manual tranny is 15%, that puts it at 221RWHP, but through actual dyno tests that I have looked up they put down about 225RWHP stock.
